- Even more performance improvements (By virtue of reducing H and G slots on most OE ships, and add more other slots)

- Adds the first OE W-Slot - The Megalith Beam. The Arkship and all Lorekeeper Colossi now have these weapons, but the OE will never use them. Can't say the same for evil people who gains control of such weapon though.

- Nebula/Nova/Arkship have been buffed heavily by virtue of having multiple unique weapon components, their numbers have been further reduced to compensate. They also have slightly lower section slots.

- Adds the last of the proper localisation to the temporary stuffs - the first Proofreading/Grammar Checking may begin very soon.

- Probably some other stuffs I forgot.

MAJOR PATCH

GENERIC CHANGES

- Omega Ringworlds and Golden Worlds now have their own districts and custom sounds

- Arkship sound has been improved

- New model for Omega Relays, Omega Stellar Sphere and Omega Ringworld

- New Frontier System now show more signs of ancient battles in the past

PERFORMANCE

- Fixes various issues that cause crashes and unnecessary lag.

- Fixes starbases being stupid

- Changes Assault Carrier Templates to reduce performance drain. Less H slots, a bit more L slots.

- Only 4 of the 8 elite fleets will spawn within 360 days, the other four will only appear after 20 years have passed

- The Shields will now take a while longer before they start to be weaken after mid-game (20% chance every year)

- OE will now treat EE from Twink's mod as an overpowered creep whose lores do not intertwine with SOFE, and that it has to be om-nom-nom to save the galaxy from their clearly malicious intents. That is until more solid interactions between them can be made.

Generic Changes

- Light Matter cost increased to 100 for Reactor.


Outer Gate Events

- Ancient Gatekeeper is much much less likely to spawn.

- Ancient Gatekeeper now has Omega-Tier Section, making it much much deadlier

- There is now only 60% chance for the Outer Gate Riddle to give Stellarite Tech.

Crisis Changes

- Change garrison compositions

- The Original Empire will now launch their elite fleets after 10 years if there are hostile ships within their clusters.

- One elite fleet will spawn within 720 days of their arrival to help accelerate the galaxy's subjugation (But after that, any subsequent fleets will follow the above rules)

- Reduces the amount of LM you gain from killing OE ships.

- FEs reinforce their fleets faster.

- AE-OE will now reclaim all their borders and respawn all of their stations.

- Increases time it takes for AI empires to surrender

- Reduces garrison strength outside the Outer Clusters

- Reduces the amount of ships killed required to trigger Light Matter Event

- AI empires that are in defensive pacts with an AE will take much longer to surrender.
