Another Performance Update

- The OE is now aware that the galaxy cannot handle the full extents of their presences, and thus decided to only move 20 of their pops into each ringworlds.

- They also think that it is not a good idea to cause everyone to go into panic mode by descending all at once. So now each ringworld will gradually gets pops added into them in the spam between 3-15 days.

This will greatly reduce the lag from the OE's initial spawn and probably helps a lot with performance.

- Stellarite Option in the Outer Gate will now always be 100% a success due to how rare the tech is now.

- Ancient Gatekeeper has decided to no longer work alongside its crappier cousins and will return in a new submod later.

- With the new changes to ACOT, if an empire already knows PAC or Sentinel tech, they will gain the Mastercraft Upgrades for those ships instead.

- Omega Sections for FE ships have been temporarily disabled until further integration in ACOT.

- Good Man Bad Boy Nice Girl.

- Fixes a lot of issues that could drag down performances, this may not affect existing saves but one can always hope.

- All references to the Original Empire have been removed, and the OE is now referred to as the Stell'dorei (Stellarborne), the Progenitors of the Omega. Many sacrifices has to be made because we cannot get along.

- Many lore inconsistencies have been fixed to reflect current narrative.

- OE will never disappear entirely anymore (Since they cannot die to physical attacks in the lore).

- OE will now award Full Light Matter Access and Arkship Construction to the victor who won the ground battle against them, without needing your empire to actually conquer their homeworlds later.

- Additional dialogues have been added for the OE so that they will explain the state of the galaxy better.

- Most Light Seekers content have now been moved out of the SOFE into internal dev build for its own submod.

- Some graphical changes to textures.

- Reworked some localisations to reflect certain changes.

- Light Seekers can no longer be picked at start. (But you can keep playing if you were already one).

- Outer Gate Seal Outcomes have been changed slightly.

- FEs will no longer troll each other and randomly start a war.

- Construction Ships of Light Seekers attempting to move outside of the borders will now be teleported back to capital.
