- Renamed certain stuffs in OE's designs.

- Prevent Arkship Rebuilld Event from appearing before the war is over.

- Reduces Arkship Construction Project time to 15 years.

- OE now reinforces their fleets every 5 years (Down from 10) as a result of their numbers can now be reduced by destroying their outlying stations. (They will still spawn at least 2 fleets from their own borders)

- AIs will no longer war for 10 years after OE Crisis appears.

- If OE Crisis is selected, FE will not awaken before-hand. (This is mostly to prevent War In Heaven, which causes a lot of issues)

- Slight number adjustments to certain events.

- Minor localisation fixes.

- OE will no longer spawn ships from L-Cluster they no longer control.

- AFEs will spawn new fleets in response to OE's fleet reinforcements, they spawn one less fleet at their awakening however.

- You can now get the second tech option once you kill 400 OE ships

- Fixes "random" fleet names.

- Reduces numbers of Homeworld Fleets from four to three (Not counting their Arkship)

- Nerfs Galactic Defense Protocol a bit. Now they lasts only 10 years base and drains 1 influence. Some numbers have been adjusted, especially mass production.

- Normal Empires should no longer submit to Crisis if Crisis doesn't actually exist.

- Adds a debug command in case starbases go wonky. See bug reports.

- Scout Fleets number have been increased a bit in response to AFE's buffed fleets.

- Awakened Fallen Empires now spawn with less horrible fleets and are actually led by admirals.

- The Large Fleet reinforcement checker no longer accounts for AFE fleets.

- Large Fleet reinforcement criteria has been bumped up a bit.

- Ascended Empire now gain access to three unique unity ambitions that are only usable during this crisis.

- Finishing Tech Special Project now gives some progress to the new techs.

- Spiritualist AFE has been given Crisis Fighter Personality.

- Tech Path Event will now appear much sooner once the criteria has been met.

- Towers and Stations now have their own unique combat computers instead of borrrowing one from ACOT.

- Reduces the cost of most OE-tier techs so they do not take forever to upgrade.

- Reduces the number of ships of non-homeworld garrison fleets.

- Reduces the number of towers of OE's stations by a lot.

- Delays the large fleet arrival by another 10 years.

- Makes the L-Gate Insight Tech AI Adjustment only affects if the OE Crisis is selected.

- Fixed Light Matter Thruster appearing on Colossus before they are actually researched.

- Altered the Repeatable L-Gate Insight tech to prevent AI without sufficient fleetpowers from researching them.

- Scout Fleets have been split in half into 2 waves to give the galaxy easier time to respond. The second wave will strike 5 years after the first wave.

- Slight stats adjustment for OE techs to make them less deadly against AEs.

- Some more localisation fixes.

- Fixes event mesasge not popping up for empires that did not open the L-Gate.

- Light Matter Reactor Event Kill Requirement reduced to 150 ships.

- Advanced Tech Event Kill Requirement reduced to 250 ships.

- Awakened Fallen Empires will now spawn more fleets initially to help them be less terrible.

- Increase time interval of Crisis's Delay by another 5 years (resulting in 10 years grace period, attack and then 10 years reinforcement delay)

- Increases the galaxy fleetpower criteria for Crisis to spawns larger fleets by roughly 50%-75% so they are less prone to create larger fleets.

- Reduces amounts of Scout Fleet's strength by 2 Escort and 1 BC. They also now spawn debris.

- 100% chance for Crisis to be selected has been changed from 3 FEs in the game to 5 FEs

- Alters a little bit of localisation.
