(Hopefully) fixed the bug where sometimes research in the keep or wooden keep could not be finished despite the progress being at 100%.

* Corrected the tech tree chart so it accurately shows which buildings can research which technologies

* Tied the bulk production of pies in the castle bakery to the respective technologies ("simple pies", and "sweet pies")

The craft building interfaces now show the correct crafting time for non-food and non-tool products. No worries though, crafting has been benefitting from research (it just wasn't displayed right)

Ships at the port can no longer be built before the technology "ship contruction" has been researched.
