- Global - Reduced the instant damage from non-ability flame weapons, and fixed some minor flame damage values.
- AEF - The Airborne's Strafing Run ability now has less delay.
- AEF - Tier-Two Unit Supply upgrades now require the appropriate tech upgrades.
- AEF - Supply Drop now has a larger reticule.
- Soviet - The PTRS upgrade now only grants 1 rifle, with matching cost and upgrade time.

- Global - Units should now be able to garrison all appropriate buildings and vehicles properly.
- AEF - The morale distinction no longer applies to enemies, and now only applies to infantry. Also made the tooltip clear about that.

Global - Passive fuel- and munitions income has been increased slightly, to make up for the slower game pace that resulted from various changes.
Global - All HMGs that suppress now have a much faster turn rate, allowing for better results if microed correctly.
Global - Standardized the rate-of-fire distance multiplier for all small arms classes. This also means that non-upgrade semi-auto rifles like the garand, should have lower rates of fire.
OKW - Infantry halftrack now costs more manpower.

- Feature list update - OKW - Assault Leig: Seeing as the Leig is an assault gun, it no longer has a minimum range but its max aim is 45 degrees.

- OKW - The Leig now has a max aim of 45 degrees and it should fire properly from a low angle.
