Leeroy uploaded the scion assets I created. NOTE: I do know the fury is ugly and chrome. I do know the scion comm vehicle is the ISDF comm vehicle. I do know the scion scrap transport is ugly.

Realized scavs need to actually drop scrap off for them to give it to the appriopriate player. A temporary treaded scavenger that can't deploy has been given to thug commanders.

Hover Scav had been causing crashes has been temporarily fixed, it now no longer drops off since it was related to that particular event.
