fixed a bug: it was possible to use space while HE should be deactivated.

fixed:
- a bug with collision detection, only happend at low speed (<10m/s)

changed:
- reduced speed for landings, set target min to 0 and the vehicle will land slowly
- increased emissive colors on engines to bring back a little bit of the glow (like in the first versions of HoverEngines, only visible with postproc ON)
- improved collision avoidance (Pilot is still required)

new:
- Add Expert checkbox: "Push only", usefull if you will hold a min distance to sides, without pull (tunnel drills)
- Add a check for dampeners, if you deactivate dampener, HoverEngines will also be deactivated (because Dampener OFF makes trouble to the HoverEngine)
- Add the possibility to choose from the new skins for the armored HoverEngines

- added PCU to all engines (PCU=75)
- updated collision check to prevent from cheating with hangar doors or locked gears
- to prevent from next exploit, Player is no longer detected by the engines
