AI Rework

The Ordinary AI has been slightly reworked!

- Ordinary AI's TSA should now work when in a pocket position.

- Removed villager-based townsize. (AI will follow a default town size of 25)

- Ordinary AI won't build as many stables, barracks, and archery ranges anymore.

- Added an escrow to the Ordinary AI.

- Changed max. distances of lumber camps, mining camps, and mills.

Navy Update

Ordinary AI's Navy has been improved greatly!

- Ordinary AI will no longer establish a navy on the following maps: Continental, Coastal, and Nomad (Unless told to through command 34.)

- Ordinary AI will no longer mass produce troops if it is attempting to establish a navy.

- Ordinary AI now trains more warboats.
