The Restless Dead now works much like the Master of the Dead.

Nehek 3 for 65 heal + resurrect mapwide.
Nehek upgraded 8 for 100 heal + resurrect mapwide.

Master of the Dead: no change as yet.

Removed Crumbling for the Vampires and Tomb Kings. The Tomb kings undead units are also immune to fatigue.

Updated for Tomb Kings.

Note:
Some units the Tomb Kings have are not undead, thus, they will not be fatigue immune.

An ongoing toning down of the Nehek is in progress. Test it and see how it feels.
