-Corruption Badge now spawns clown vomit decals all over the place that eventually disappear.

Minor compatibility-ish update to improve load times.

- Updated the hat skeleton with properly-oriented bones, should (hopefully) improve Jigglebones
- While I was at it, also completely overhauled the animations with a proper squash & stretch
- Added the corruption material to Hat Kid's body and legs. (NOTE: Will not re-apply if you change costumes, unless you re-equip the badge!)

-Passive Badge now can affect all nearby actors! (NPCs, Balloons, Hookshot Points, etc.)
-Badge Config Options!
-Extra particle effect for the badge to help show the max range
