A number of changes.

1. Recently I've been reasonably argued that my definition of Egalitarianism was not very neat, because it tied too much to the definition of Collectivism.

So, I changed it. Now Egalitarianism is not about "socail equality for everyone" - which is more of a Collectivist feature, but about evaluation of people in relationship to their achievements. While Elitst are those who generally favors successful people (different things can be considered as success: wealth, intellectual capabilities, nobility), Egalitarians does not care much about it.

2. I also realized that my undestanding of Stratified Economy living standards was not quite accurate. Before that I simply assigned it to be the feature of Elitism. But it would be more aсcurate to say that economically Stratified society is naturally an Individualistic society, where means of production are in the hands of the few most successful individuals, and persoanl Wealth generally means Power.

So, now thingis with Stratified economy are a bit more complicated. You still can set this living standards for Elitist, but Collectivist/Individualist values outweighs Elitist/Egalitarian for that purpose. Generally this means that you can only set Stratified economy if your Elitism is stronger than your Collectivism. So, having Collectivist + Fanatic Elitist would allow you to set Stratified economy, otherwise it would be prohibited.

The same goes for combination of Individualist and Egalitarian. By default Individualism would force you to have Stratified economy, which is only preventable if your Egalitarianism is stronger than Individualism.

Academic Privelege is only availilable for Individualist if your Materialism is stronger than Individualism.

3. I added a couple of new Civics: Irenic Bureaucracy and Ordered Stratocracy. So, we had Technocracy and Theocracy, and I thought: why Pacifists and Militarist can't have something similar?

These new Civics work just as Technocracy and Theocracy: they provide some unique Ruler jobs, which replace regular Administrators: Commanders (Stratocracy) and Suprevisors (Bureaucracy).

4. A couple of new Governments:

The Great Houses (oligarchy, authoritarian, egalitarian) - state is ruled by leadership of a few ancient Houses, but unlike patrimonial Aristocracy, the membership in the House does not tied to birthright. House is basically a set of Rules and Traditions, and anyone can be adopted and develop to it's highest ranks.

Bureaucratic Collectivism (oligarchy, authoritarian, elitist, collectivist) - state owns the means of production, while the surplus or profit is distributed among the party bureaucracy.

5. A few minor bug fixing and balancing changes.
