1. I decided to put back Mining Guilds civic. At first I disabled it because it seemed kinda redundant, considering there is Industrialist ethos present, but than I figured out that someone might still like it. So, I tried to buff it a little, and it's back.

2. I realized that my previous approach to Slavery was a bit unaccurate, as it was tied to only one ethos - Elitist, which may result in Slave Market being very poor. So, the concept changes.

Now, there is not 1, but 2 separate Slavery civics. Both of them are non-Egalitarian:

Slaver Guilds (individualist) - classic pro-capitalist approach, with private entrprises relying on slave labor.

Re-educated Labor (collectivist) - a collectivist approach to slavery, where convicts are put into labor camps to work for common good. Slaves are less productive, but more happy. Enslavement ratio is a bit less than Slaver Guilds.

3. I also added 2 special complicated Civics, each based on 3 different Ethos:

Divine Order (authoritarian, elitist, spiritualist, non fanatic individualist/collectivist) - to represent a rigid Caste system (also with Slaves)

Evolutionary Architects (ecologist, xenophile, materialist) - their sicence is devoted to understand the origins of biological life.

4. Minor bug fixing and small changes.

Update. A number of minor changes and bug fixing.

Update: 14 Feb, 2019 @ 1:31am

1. New fixes to Living Standards

Stratified Economy is considered to be an extreme version of society organization, so, it's only available for combination of both Individualist and Elitist.

Combination of Fanatic Elitist/Individualist with basic inidividualist/Elitist would force you to have Stratified Economy.

Utopian Abundance is an opposite extreme - only available for both Collectivist and Egalitarian.

Welfare living standard only available for basic Individualist in case he also is Fanatic Egalitarian.
Combination of Fanatic Collectivist/Egalitarian with basic Egalitariant/Collectivist would force you to have Welfare.

2. A couple of new governments

Absolute Monarchy (imperial, fan/authoritarian, non fan/elitist, non egalitarian, non feudal society)
Corporate Dictatoship (oligarchy, fan.individualist, elitist)

1. Fixed some bugs. Stratocracy civic works as intended now.

2. Things with Stratified economy were changed a bit. Enforcing all Individualists to have it seemed a bit radical, so I re-shaked this. The current balance looks like this:

Collectivist = prohibits Stratified, unless fanatic Elitist
Collectivist + non-Elitist = allows Utopia
Individualist = can have Decent, allows Stratified
Individualist + fan.Egalitarian = allows Equality (but faction is unhappy), not allows Stratified
Fanatic Individualist = disallows Equality
Fanatic Individualist + Elitist = enforced Stratified
Elitist = allows Stratified
Fanatic Elitist + Individualist = enforced Stratified

The general premise is that no Ethos alone would enforce you to any particular living standard.

3. Added a couple of new Governments (were suggested by a dedicated subscriber):

Enlightened Socialism (imperial, collectivist, non fan.authoritarian)
Dread Brotherhood (direct democracy, fanatic purifiers)
