Community Patch Update (Part 1)

I am back! After being so busy with real life stuff recently, I've finally got the time to update the mod again! With that, I'm coming back with the first of a two-part update from a community-submitted document of changes and tweaks!

Be sure to keep an eye out for the next dev stream, but until then, enjoy the first part of this long-awaited update!

Allied Forces

US Army
- Johnson LMG package now provides 2 LMGs instead of 1.
- Basic 81mm Mortar Team will now disappear when upgrading to USMC.
- Removed Thompson SMG upgrades from basic Vehicle Crews.
- Reduced CP cost for the M18 Hellcat from 8 to 5
- Reduced manpower and munition costs for Heavy Rangers.
- Reduced squad size for Riflemen Squad
- Reduced squad size for basic buildable Rangers
- Reduced squad size for Heavy Rangers.
- Increased munitions cost for the Johnson LMG Package.
- Increased munitions cost for the Earthquake Bomb.

- Pk. Tiger’s Guardian Protocol will now provide a damage resistance buff to the Tiger itself.
- Mini Gustav Jagdtigers can no longer have their crew dismount.
- Panzersoldaten Squads now have the Combined Arms passive.
- Japanese Reinforcements Centre can now distribute medical supplies.
- Kohei Squads can now be upgraded with a Type-100 Flamethrower.
- The Type 89 Grenade Discharger Shot ability is now tied to the Type 96 LMG upgrade instead of a veterancy level.
- Increased the number of shells the Pk.Panzer II can fire before needing to reload.
- Increased the Panzerkraft Hull Rocket launcher upgrade damage.
- Increased the E-100s 150mm main gun damage.

Patch Update

Following up on Venilla's first and last update, I've decided to continue where she left off and improve and tweak things a bit, especially on the AI-side of things. Hopefully now they should choose a specialization at random.

Allied Forces

Soviet Army
- Guard Troops’ weapons reverted back to Mosin Nagant Rifles.
- Shock Troops no longer have Satchel Charges.
- Updated T-60 Light Tank description.
- Further reduced cake timer for ISU-203.
- Reduced armor and HP for the T-60 Light Tank.

US Army
- Earthquake Bomb now requires a Major to be deployed.
- Reduced armor and HP of Rangers.

British Army
- Specializations moved down to HQ Building.
- Red Devils Paradrop ability now requires the Platoon Command Post.
- Vehicles no longer gain munitions or fuel upon killing/destroying with Raid OPs.
- Increased manpower upkeep for Raid OPs specialization.
- Reduced manpower bonus for Raid OPs specialization.

- Grenadier upgrade bug with G43s and MG42s is now fixed.
- Hohei Squad upgrades bug on veterancy 3 is now fixed.

- Specializations no longer require a structure to be built.
- Increased Volksgrenadier squad size by 1.
- Reduced movement speed for Gen.1 Flammende Soldaten.
- Reduced direct damage for Gen.1 Flammende Soldaten flamethrower and fireballs.


General/Cross-Army Changes
- AI will now choose a random specialization equally.
- Ballistic Missile Bunkers are now locked behind Commanders with the 105mm Howitzers.
- Tweaked multiple abilities and upgrades to be compatible with AI.
- Reduced build time for all Specializations.

Sadly, Burb is retiring because he will pursue his studies and will develop a standalone game. He will only be here for a short time to help me get used to the server before he will transfer the ownership.

- Stormtroopers now lose their incendiary grenade when upgraded with a Panzerschreck.
- Updated Stormtroopers smoke grenade ability hotkey.

- Volksgrenadiers main weapon switched to Gewehr 41s, leaning them more for med-long range engagements.

Holy crap, this update did not turn out the way I expect it to. Regardless, sorry for the long wait, hope you all like what this new update brings!

New Unit: ISU-203 Heavy Assault Gun
- ISU-203 Heavy Assault Gun now occupies ISU-152 Commander slot.
- Moved ISU-152-2 to Armored Rush Specialization.
- Increased ISU-152-2 damage.
- Reduced Shock Army T-34/76 Manpower cost.
- Fixed the AGAS GD-17 Barrage not working.
- Fixed Red Panther hotkey conflict.
