Unlike Shaman, fencer skills do not change the element of the monsters after being used. This means we'll want to cast the neutral element and advantageous element more often than the other skills. If we've decided to bring Shaman as secondary skills, we can cast fencer skills in-between to deal the most damage possible.

Cycle through skills as quickly as possible. We can bring skills from other jobs if we don't have enough; or add more points into agility to reduce the cooldown of our fencer skills.
