Description
Xenon M0 Shipyard Defence VRO compatibility.

I haven't played VRO, so I used EBI's VRO patch as a template for the stats of the M0.

This adds the internal shield generator to the M0 and changes its hull and shields stats to approximate VRO's scaling. The escorts are buffed VRO ships.

It seems functional from a bit of testing, but I'm unfamiliar with VRO's balance.
