[WOTC] Vest And Plating Tweaks

• Nanoscale Vest provides 2 hp
  
• Hellweave provides 3 hp
  
• Plated Vest provides 4 hp
  
• Hazmat Vest provides 2 hp
  
• Stasis Vest provides 2 hp
  
  
• Ceramic Plating provides 0 ablative hp
  
• Alloy Plating provides 1 ablative hp
  
• Chitin Plating provides 2 ablative hp
  
• Carapace Plating provides 3 ablative hp

This is meant to be used with Iridar's Vest and Plating Overhaul which makes all Plating items unlimited (as long as you unlock the tier) and of course the Vest Slot mod.

Basically, I wanted plating to have drawbacks on mobility but couldn't edit the items due to being lazy and not wanting to mess with Unreal Engine.
I compromised by making the ceramic plating not give anything, essentially serving as the "Empty" slot that I wanted for those who didn't want mobility debuffs.

I will eventually make another mod in which all Plating items give -1 mobility as intended,
but that will require some time to learn UnrealScript.
