Compatibility patch between Nex Chrysalica And EAW new technologies + Vanilla navy rework for EAW
NOTE: this just makes sure the techs added by Nex Chrysalica show up in game and that Vanilla navy rework's techs arent all messed up
Also compatible with the patched versions of Expanded Tank Designer and Improved Air Designer
