Description



Pandora: Frontier Remake is a completely reimagined version of my old mod Pandora: Frontier
This mod updates all the old weapon sprites and adds many new guns. There are now 17 weapons in the mod. This mod also features 8 pieces of armor and 6 helmets that I've wanted to add for a long time.
New research for guns, armor, and helmets has been added.














Q: This mod...
A: Yes, this mod is inspired by James Cameron's film Avatar and adds equipment from the RDA corporation.

Q: Is it compatible with CE?
A: Not at the moment. If you want, you can make a patch yourself.

Q: Odyssey Vacuum Sealed Armors?
A: Yes, heavy armor and some helmets are resistant to vacuum.

Q: Do you plan to update the mod?
A: Yes, of course. I already have plans for what I can add to the mod, but for now I will focus on developing other mods.

Q: Is it safe to add/remove this mod from the middle of the game?
A: Adding the mod should not cause any problems. Removing the mod will always be unsafe, so do so at your own risk.

Q: Does the mod require DLC to work?
A: No, it is not required except for some features to work.

Q: Are you planning to create a faction that will use this weapon and armor?
A: Yes, I plan to create a faction, but in the future as a separate mod.

Q:I have used up all the ammunition for my underbarrel grenade launcher/shotgun. How do I reload it?
A:You need steel to reload. Your pawn must be holding a weapon, and after selecting the pawn, you must right-click on the steel, and you will be able to select reload.

Fixed a bug with the “MediumArmorTitan” armor textures.

For some reason, heavy armor could not be stored in the warehouse and could not be moved in any way. Fixed.

I love your mod, noticed one issue:
The medium armor helmet has vacuum resistance but the armor doesn't make medium armors not usable in space safely. A bug?

wow. those weapons are one of the best feeling weapons i have ever used in rimworld. i didnt use all of them but the CARB guns and Hydra is awesome. The best part is the rocket launcher how easy it is to use, how well it works and how flawless the restock in base functions. im in awe of this weapon and dont think i will be having an easy time ever not using them again ..

This.... gun penetration too big I think. No really, it's really big. I love this style, but I have no idea which mod I need to balance this (Pls, only not Kraltech or something so OP)

@Z.E.R.T. The mod that's based on seems to be abandoned - it'd have to be rewritten to run on the up-to-date Vehicle Framework mod or somesuch.

Is it just me or are the guns from this mod incredibly loud? The shotgun and Hammer in particular are super loud.
