Shuttle Start for Mechanitor

Description
This patch mod changes the Mechanitor start from using a drop pod approach to having the mechanitor standing around with an empty shuttle nearby. Nothing else in the Mechanitor scenario is changed by this mod.

It was brought to my attention that the way scenarios work was causing shuttles to not be considered the player's shuttle. To counter this, I made the shuttle claimable by the player. This could have unforeseen side effects, but I didn't personally encounter any issues when I tested it.

If you want to use the shuttle in your own scenario through the in-game editor, you will unfortunately have to build off of this scenario to have the shuttle. What I'm doing in this mod is basically just tricking Rimworld's code into not doing the check to see if the shuttle can be added via scenario parts, but I don't do anything to the check itself so the shuttle is still normally banned.

Odyssey Transport Shuttle's mechanitor shuttle will be used instead of the Odyssey shuttle when available.

The reason I mentioned the minifiable is because what you're describing is exactly what this mod is doing, adding a shuttle as a spawn nearby similar to the ship chunks. For something like the shuttle to be included on that list in a custom scenario, it's generally required it be minifiable. As for making a new arrival method, those aren't defined as basic defs, which is what makes them far more complex than what I'd want to mess with for a mod like this

I'm sure it's entirely possible to make a shuttle arrival method, but that is more complex than what this mod is intended to do.

@Alite Why would the shuttle need to be minifiable? Wouldn't it be theoretically possible to instead add the shuttle as a completely-new arrival method that can be selected when creating/editing a custom Scenario the same way the vanilla drop-pod and standing arrival conditions are handled - essentially equivalent to standing arrival, but automatically places a shuttle next to the starting pawns in a similar manner to how the vanilla Crash Landing scenario spawns a bunch of ship wreckage chunks near the landing site?

Unfortunately not without creating some weird side effects. For something like the shuttle to be placable with custom scenarios it needs to be minifiable. In the case of this mod I'm just skipping that check completely by adding it directly, but for a custom scenario to do it you'd probably need something like minify everything or a more specialized mod if it's available.

Do you think it would be possible to add the ability to add a shuttle start to a custom scenario? I tried but couldn't find a way to besides just using the mechanitor start/rich explorer start as a pre-set. Also would be really cool to be able to add the drone from odyssey transport shuttle.
