Heritage True Hair Addon

Description
Hello everyone,

This is a small companion mod intended for use alongside the Heritage character redesign mod and either of the True (Hair) Colors mods.

What the Mod Does

In short, this mod was made to extend the variety of hair colors random NPCs can choose from, specifically those that were unpalatable without one of the hair color mods.

As of right now, the mod does the following:

* Assigns two additional blonde hair colors for use with randomized Aesir, as well as randomized normal Nordheimer (hair colors 2 and 3).

* Assigns one additional blonde and four tawny / light brown hair colors for use with randomized Hyborians (hair colors 3, 15, 16, 17, and 18).

* Assigns one additional blonde and three tawny / light brown hair colors for use with randomized Hyperboreans (hair colors 3, 15, 16, and 17).

The final selections for each race can be seen in the images provided.

Compatibility and Load Order

There is only one important piece of information regarding load order: if Heritage is also being used (or any other mod which broadly changes NPC appearances), this mod must come AFTER (below) it in the load order, otherwise the changes will be nullified.

As far as compatibility, this should be fine with just about any other mod.

Question and Answer

* Will this mod affect my existing thralls?
No, they will be unchanged. Only newly-spawned thralls will be affected.

* Can I add / remove this mod mid-playthrough?
Yes, it should be perfectly fine to do so.

* Can I use this mod without Heritage?
You could, but some races (Aesir, Hyperborean) likely won't be available unless you're using another mod which adds them.

* Can I use this mod without either of the True (Hair) Colors?
You could, but this mod was specifically made for use with those mods. Other hair color mods, or the base game itself, may lead to unintended and perhaps undesirable combinations.

* I removed the hair color mod and now my thralls have grey / bluish-white hair! What do I do?
You'll probably have to use a character editing mod to change their hair to something normal. Or you could cast them into the pit, your choice.

Conclusion

I hope you all enjoy,

@Sarinia Sorry for the delay,

While this mod must come after Heritage for it to work, the hair color mod can be placed either before or after both without issue. This is because this mod and Heritage change the color IDs used by NPCs (Hyborians use hair color #8), whereas the hair color mods change the color assigned to an ID (hair color #8 changed from a brown to a different brown).

So the load order could be [1, 2, 3] or [2, 1, 3] or [1, 3, 2] based on your numbering. The only important bit is placing this after Heritage, because they both perform the same action.

Thank you for these mods. I looked through the descriptions for the mods you have and had one small question: I know that this mod needs to come after your Heritage mod in the load order, but I am also using your True Hair Colors v2 mod. Is there a specific load order between the three mods? I am currently using (1) Heritage, (2) True Colors, and (3) Heritage True Color Add-on. Is that correct?
