The issue could be a mod conflict, to give this mod the best chance of working as intended it should probably be placed AFTER (under) any other character customization mods, just to be sure that those others aren't overwriting the colors.
PD. sorry my bad english
In this version of the mod, I opted for a lighter, more orange-y 'ginger' color, a standard red (which happens to be the base game's first brown) and then a more saturated red (as realistic as I could get it) for those people who liked the base game's fake 'blood red' color.
There are more hues that I would've liked to add, but the amount of space is very limited unless I were to tinker with the character creation interface. I don't like to give out personal details, but as someone who has red hair himself, having some red hair options that were not atrocious felt important to get right.
Hope you enjoy!
@tonbie If you want to change your hair color, the re-customization menu can be accessed through the 'Orb of Nergal' bench, which is accessible in the Knowledge menu at level 45, or it can be spawned in through the Admin Panel. As well, if you have a mod which adds a character editing mode (such as Edit Appearance or the mirror item in Fashionist), hair color can be changed through that as well.
