Report a translation problem
While this mod must come after Heritage for it to work, the hair color mod can be placed either before or after both without issue. This is because this mod and Heritage change the color IDs used by NPCs (Hyborians use hair color #8), whereas the hair color mods change the color assigned to an ID (hair color #8 changed from a brown to a different brown).
So the load order could be [1, 2, 3] or [2, 1, 3] or [1, 3, 2] based on your numbering. The only important bit is placing this after Heritage, because they both perform the same action.
