This is a fully-functional continued version of Rimsec Security. With due respect to Noah S, I did try to supply you with all the additional fixes. 1.6 is here now, so I've decided to post my own fork.

Known issues:

Pawn editors - they don't null check enough, probably not going to work with these pawns

Oops all BUGPARTS 2 - has issues trying to read genes from the Rimsec pawns. Reported to the author.

Gore Upon Dismemberment - causes issues

Perfect-er Immunity - causes issues

Useful Marks - does not null check relations, reported on mod page - fixed in Rimsec Security 1.0.3
Vanilla Aspirations Expanded - causes issues, researching

"Butchering humanlike" and growth moments - to be patched out

If you are seeing an issue where the trader ship has no stock, please let me know, I'd like to see your mod list. Others have reported this and I have been unable to duplicate the issue.

In general, many mods don't handle pawns that don't have a lot of the standard components very well, they often don't null check and assume things exist. Please report any errors and we'll try to track them down.

RimsecSecurity

RimsecSecurityContinued is a continued version of RimsecSecurity while the original authors develop an updated and improved edition. This may have minor bugs from the update so if something isn't working as expected please let me know. Everythings worked fine in my testing but I haven't extensively tested every bit of it.

Description

Rimsec Security offers 3 robots, 3 guns, 3 turrets, 1 maintenance station, 1 assembly bench, 1 trade ship (SRS trade ship) and 1 unique component.

The 3 robots are the defender, enforcer and sentinel. The defender is a basic robot that has sufficient skills and power to defend a base and is not recommended for escorting caravans. The enforcer is a more advanced robot that has the sufficient skills and power for a more aggressive doctrine. Lastly, the Sentinel is an advanced heavy robot that is utilised in a supporting role featuring high health, battery capacity and is considered to be quite strong.
All 3 robots come in 4 variants; security, desert, forest, winter with special traits and skill.

The 3 turrets are the LLT, HLT and HAAC. The LLT is a light laser turret that is used in a supportive role firing single shots. The HLT is a heavy laser turret that acts a heavy support emplacement featuring dual cannons for rapid fire. Lastly, the HAAC is a heavy anti armour cannon that is used against armoured targets featuring explosive rounds, it has slow cool down time.

The maintenance station is used as a charging station for robots (not in use and/or are in need of power) it is also used to repair damaged robots.

The assembly bench is used to build robots. It however cannot be built but rather purchased from the SRS trade ship at a hefty price.

The trade ship (SRS trade ship) is where you can acquire robots, assembly bench(es), SRS Processing chips and other vanilla items such as components and chemfuel.

The SRS Processing Unit (unique component) which is a requirement to build SRS Robots and can only be bought.

And finally the SRS Power Cell (unique fuel) is used to help fuel your robots for long journeys across the Rimworld!

I have that issue too but not with the same mod. Haven't figured out the clash yet.

After spending an hour changing out mods,for some reason the mod perfect-er immunity caused the issue.

im having an issue with the SRS ship having no items, and i cannot see research related to the mod. anyone else?

The "Gore Upon Dismemberment" mod can cause the RimSec pawns to be invisible. Removing that mod fixed the bug for me

No, the addition i submited is backend only, allowing to add more charge stations types by editing/injecting directy in the XML (without interacting with C#).
