but just for feedback: i believe the color wheel shouldnt return white no matter what color is selected when brightness is turned to max. at max brightness it should return exactly the color seen on the wheel, only lower brightness will darken the returned color. basically exactly what the brightness slider ui element currently incorrectly displays. it would make using it a lot more intuitive. this is also how color wheels usually function from my experience.
alternatively the brightness slider could just be grayscale no matter the color selected. that way it would at least not lie to you, tho it would be a little less intuitive to use than option 1.
The problem occurred because RimWorld was passing an empty string in the ideology UI, and the mod attempted to look up this empty string in the cache. I’ve now added checks to handle null or empty strings properly.
I've been having a great experience playing with this mod, and I truly appreciate your prompt attention and the quick resolution. Thank you so much once again.
@Infinityvy : Can you describe the issue ? The color picker picker wheel will not adjust the brightness, the slider to the right of it does.
I can't investigate this problem cause Im not a devloper or any kind of modder that has such a knowledge for this types of matter. but I hope this information may help the author to solve this problem.
