Mod Overview
The Voideldren are an ancient and resilient species, wandering the universe in vast crystal cities, remnants of a once-thriving civilization. Their homeworld, a place of profound beauty and wisdom, was destroyed in a cataclysmic event caused by terrifying extraplanar creatures that tore through the fabric of reality itself. These entities, born from dimensions beyond comprehension, ravaged the Voideldren's world with relentless fury, annihilating entire landscapes and shattering the very essence of their existence.

Voideldreni
A new playable genotype where the player must choose a caste. Each subtype represents a different path of mastery within the Voideldren race.

- Creating a detailed skill manual to support new mechanics, as current skill descriptions may be insufficient
Example: Using ancestral energy as a shield will weaken your Energy Palm as the energy depletes.

Hi, the mod wasn’t meant to introduce new enemies — these units are actually intended as followers you can obtain through the proper skills. However, the game automatically categorized them as enemies as well. Since they can be summoned as followers, and to prevent XP farming by repeatedly summoning and killing them, they don’t grant any XP. I’ll probably need to find a way to remove them from the enemy list, but I’d like to hear your opinion on this.

Are the new enemies added by the mod supposed to grant XP on kill? Every one I've fought (most are moderately difficult for early to mid level characters) do not give any XP on kill, and they rarely drop any loot, when they do it's often times low level scrap (A,B,C or D).

Consider adding XP to these guys, and/or buffing the loot from a kill.

(in particular, tempereance/heritage/ancestral energy and ancesteral energy dice, and the fact AE is constantly abbreviated. it makes the entire thing kind of a headache to learn)

this is immensely cool, but it really needs some kind of guide. I've been playing around with it for a few hours, and I am still not sure of a lot of the terminology, and what it does or means. Definitely needs that skill manual. I'm almost entirely blind as to what some stuff means, and am guessing with some of the rest.

Lots of fun, so far, though.

Hi esran2, I tried to solve your balance issue with the new upload:
– New Heritage and Legacy System:
The way the Patriarch's "embrace" skills work has changed:
Before, using an embrace skill would automatically increase your stats.
Now, using an embrace skill has a chance to increase your stats, and that chance depends on your Legacy value.
How it works:
Legacy slowly grows over time and reflects your current potential to gain stat boosts.
Heritage is a permanent baseline—Legacy can never go below your Heritage.
In many cases, when you use Legacy (for example, through certain abilities), Legacy gets reset back to your Heritage level.
So the system now rewards building up your Legacy over time and using it strategically, instead of guaranteeing stat boosts every time.
