Unlocks Blink Eyes in the Vending Machines for 8 roaches. Obtainment method: You can find it on a dumpster near the start of Haunted Pier only in Endless. Use it twice.

Unlocks 3 Flares in the Vending Machines for 3 roaches. Obtainment method: Shoot a flare from the flare gun.

Unlocks Loaded Flare Guns (that come with 2 bonus flares) in the Vending Machines for 8 roaches. Obtainment method: Shoot a flare from the flare gun.

Unlocks Explosive Rebar in the Vending Machines for 6 roaches. Obtainment method: Find and use 2 Explosive Rebar.

Unlocks Food Bars in the Vending Machines for 6 roaches. Obtainment method: Find and eat 2 Food Bars.

Unlocks Grubs in the Vending Machines for 7 roaches. Obtainment method: Find and use 2 Grubs.

Unlocks Injectors in the Vending Machines for 8 roaches. Obtainment method: Find and use 2 Injectors.

Unlocks Pills in the Vending Machines for 5 roaches. Obtainment method: Find and use 2 Pills.

You might have noticed that Tier 1, 2, and 3 perks talk about experience. You can check your experience by pressing F5. The only way to increase experience is by earning achievements. Not all achievements are Steam achievements.
