Rimhammer - The End Times - Daemons

Description





This mod adds Warhammer themed Daemons into Rimworld. The Chaos Daemons function similar to mechanoids in core RimWorld. They are not a playable faction, but a hidden faction that will always be hostile to the player.

The Rimhammer mods should be placed at the bottom of your mod list. Place the base Rimhammer - The End Times mod at the bottom, followed by the Rimhammer - The End Times: Magic mod, then put the race/faction mods under it (order doesn't matter for the race faction mods, as long as they are loaded after the base Rimhammer and Rimhammer Magic mods).








I make the Rimhammer mods for the love of RimWorld, Warhammer, and all types of coding. The idea to add the Daemons next came from Dino, the person that made all of the most fantastic artwork for this mod. The game was lacking in events and challenges if you were playing it in the medieval era, as befits the Rimhammer - The End Times mod series, so he came up with this idea in order to increase playability.

awesome mod cant wait till the other chaos daemons get their time to shine hope we can get a chaos aligned faction like Norsca or chaos warriors who can benefit from them maybe in the future even a daemon faction! keep up with the great mods

@Scully - Thanks! I'm stoked on it too. Been playing Odyssey, and it's really fun and refreshing. I'm currently working on the Beastmen and Empire mods for 1.6. After that it's Skaven. Then this mod. It does get faster the more I do. Magic took FOREVER to get updated (mostly due to the transport spell, and the huge amount of changes to that part of the core game for 1.6).

@Orphan - Yep. We will be adding Nurgle and Slaanesh at some point here. They haven't been forgotten, we're just two dudes (one who does graphics, and one who does the rest), so time is not highly available.
