Enabling bUseExtraInfo will show nickname and class.
Example: Instead of "John Smith", say "Sgt. John Smith (Ranger)".
Reason is, a specific stat's bonus or malus' importance heavily depends on the soldier's class... and I'll be damned if I remember who's who just from their name (as you can't back out to the Avenger screen and then come back to the event choice).
Also across all events, there's more buffs than debuffs in the choices. So you should end up net positive in the long run.
