Description
Play as the first Ban and King of Bosnia, Kulin and Stjepan Tvrkto I; in Sid Meier's Civilization VI.

Bosnia is the crossroads of the Dinaric Alps. It is a land of great mineral wealth and jealous feudalism. The Slavs first migrated to the Balkans in the 6th century, embraced Christianity by the 9th century, and engaged in brutal feudal warfare only a century later. Bosnians get their name from the River Bosna, effectively their place of origin. The Bosnian identity became distinct from other Serbo-Croats after the Great Schism of 1054 AD convoked the monastic populace to establish a Bosnian Church. Considered heterodoxy by both Rome and Constantinople, the lax and spiritualistic Bosnian Church laid a precedent for Bosnian culture and language. The collapse of the Bosnian Kingdom and surrounding duchies like Herzegovina under the Ottoman jackboot would establish another new identity: the Islamic Bosniaks.

  • Requires: Gathering Storm and Ethiopia Civilization Pack.
  • Is multiplayer compatible.

    LEADER: KULIN
  • Trait - Charter of Ban Kulin: Commercial Hubs and Harbours gain +100% adjacency if there is a Holy Site in the city. Cities with a Commercial Hub, Harbour, and Holy Site grant +1 Trade Route capacity.
  • Agenda - Bilino Polje Abjuration: Likes civilizations with high Gold and Faith. Sympathetic towards civilizations with low Gold and Faith.

    LEADER: STJEPAN TVRTKO I
  • Trait - Balcaniae Maritimae: Build Harbours and their buildings in half the time, twice as fast in occupied cities. Harbours and their buildings grant +15% Production towards naval units and grant +2 Loyalty, doubled if the city is occupied. Gain the Venetian Galley unique unit.
  • Agenda - By Grace the King of Bosnia: Likes civilizations that have a large navy. Dislikes civilization that have a small navy.

    LEADER UNIT: VENETIAN GALLEY
  • Replaces the Galley. Gain a second copy when produced.

    CIVILIZATION: BOSNIA
  • Trait - Bosnian Schism: +1 Diplomatic Favour, +2 Culture, and +3 Faith from each Delegation or Embassy.
  • Spawn Bias - Grassland Hill/Plains Hills (Tier 3), Coast (Tier 4), Tundra Hills (Tier 5).

    CIVILIZATION UNIT: DOBRI BOSNAJI
  • Replaces the Guru. Can select one of three unique Promotions. Can heal adjacent Religious units. Can construct the Stecak unique improvement. Using all build charges consumes the unit.

    PROMOTION - DOBRI BOSNAJI: KRSTJAN
  • Can no longer attack. 4 Faith Maintenance in the Capital while this unit exists. Grants all existing Dobri Bosnaji +1 Build Charges the turn this Promotion is selected, up to +3.

    PROMOTION - DOBRI BOSNAJI: BOGOMIL
  • +15 Religious Strength.

    PROMOTION - DOBRI BOSNAJI: FRANCISCAN
  • +3 Movement.

    CIVILIZATION IMPROVEMENT: STECAK
  • Built by the Dobri Bosnaji. +2 Culture. Gain Faith equal to 75% of tile appeal. Adjacent coast or lake tiles gain +1 Culture and Faith. Additional Tourism after researching Flight. +1 Loyalty. Minimum of Charming Appeal.

Heeeeeey, new Strudeler mods! I'm so glad you're doing more of these, and I'm glad the Balkans are getting some more love from you! Montenegro and Croatia are still some of my favorite mods of yours.
