Description
The Expedition will need a base of operations, Overseer. Hogar has a foothold on a hill overlooking most of the Highlands. Turn it into a proper settlement and resist anything that will be disturbed in the lake below. I suggest getting comfortable. -Rectora Elena

Author's notes:
5 nights, Around 1 hour of time without pausing, Ends at Progression level III
I suggest prioritizing resource collection, as they're scarce. Fast forward to speed up the wait.
Some buildings (Barracks and Masonry guild) have an indicated placement.
Not very difficult, you can relax.

i really like your map design, feel satisfy end up building a mid-air residential area

People say the waves were hard but I think the difficulty was just right. It was really fun.

Thanks for the fun level! Its not insanely hard but requires some resource management to get through. I have managed to reach prosperity 4, tho its intended for 3 :)

This one was surprisingly difficult given the description. I found the extremely limited resources to be modestly challenging to manage (more tedious since you just end up waiting to save up wood).

The real issue is space, and the almost ridiculous degree of planning and rope bridging I ended up needing was unexpected. I did find it very satisfying when that 3rd layer of houses actually somehow connected to the citadel.

Overall, a good challenge but more of a base-building challenge than a combat / defensive one. The horrors were not too hard with basic barracks units, though I did end up with 4 cannons (if I recall correctly) by the 4th wave so it was pretty well trivialized.

I really enjoyed the limited space challenge. I've definitely made some of the most insane sprawling vertical houses as I have done. :winter2019joyfultearsdog:

It felt like the right amount of challenge.
