Introduction
This mod adds 14 new Realm Laws for all playable governments. The new laws bring not only more flavor, but also unique new gameplay mechanics, aimed at increasing immersion, roleplaying and vassal agency.

-> Each law offers 5 possibilities, from two extremes to a neutral middle-ground, totalizing 70 possible outcomes for you to shape the realm of your dreams (if you are able to!)
-> Laws reflect opposing personality traits, such as Just vs. Arbitrary or Greedy vs. Generous.
-> With the "Change Realm Laws" Decision, powerful vassals gather to vote on whether to change or maintain the laws.
-> You can change realm laws if all your powerful vassals approve you (opinion/obedience)
-> With Absolute Crown Authority, the liege can directly enforce preferred laws.
-> Stressful events are triggered when realm laws conflict with a character's core values (e.g., a Zealous ruler resisting Crown Supremacy).
-> This mod prioritizes roleplay and gameplay over strict historical accuracy—laws reflect rulers' personalities and cultures, not historical events.

Gameplay Impact
Vassal personalities now directly shape your realm. A liege needs High or Absolute Crown Authority to influence or enforce their preferred laws. This makes Crown Authority a more critical goal and encourages interference in vassal succession to promote heirs that align with your ambitions. For example, greedy vassals will support laws like Abusive Taxes, giving you new reasons to manipulate succession, achieving your goals even without Crown Authority.

Simulated Voting System:
-> Prior to voting, if available, an event chain will trigger for player liege/vassal
-> Character will vote for laws that match their Personality
-> Lieges can't vote, unless they have High CA or few P.Vassals (automatic)
-> A Player Liege with Absolute authority can directly pass laws (manually)
-> Your Crown Authority does not matter if you are a vassal
-> Ambitious/Diligent characters have MORE voting power
-> Content/Lazy characters have LESS voting power
-> Councillors have some bonus voting power
-> Slightly "resistance" added to current laws to make changing harder
-> Impatient/Wrathful suffers DOUBLE stress impact from events
-> Patient/Calm suffers HALF stress impact from events
-> Government, Faith and Culture also have influence over some laws

Compatibility:
-> This mod must replace "window_my_realm.gui" to work. Place it BELOW Total Conversions.
-> This mod has high compatibility, even with fantasy Total Conversions! (AGOT? Yes...?)
-> Can be Save Game compatible, but its not recommended (it may take 5 years to work)
-> Modded Governments with custom authority may use a patch (albeit the impact is mininal)

Compatches:

To create a compatch, search for #gpt in the window_my_realm.gui file. Then, copy and paste the vbox = {} block that contains the laws of this mod into the window_my_realm.gui file of the incompatible mod. This process is relatively simple, but I prefer not to create or maintain numerous compatches myself. Please share the link to the compatch, and I will post it here.

The new governments lack powerful vassals, which are the backbone of this mod.

To avoid removing the laws, I have allowed governments without powerful vassals to freely choose their laws. The AI will not interact with this feature, but it should offer some fun for players.

Later on I will add some scripts for AI to change laws individually when possible.
