Bibliotheca Historica: Gods, Kings and Heroes is an overhaul collection of mods for Total War Pharaoh. It focuses mainly on Aegean, Egyptian, Hittite and Mesopotamian factions, and Canaanite factions to some extent. It is a more historical version of the Bibliotheca Mythologica: Gods, Heroes and Monsters collection for A Total War Saga: TROY.

The Bibliotheca Historica consists of a main mod, a standalone mod and two optional submods:

Expanded Family Trees is the main mod, it expands the family trees of most base game factions to include missing historical characters. In the case of Aegean factions, the characters were taken from mythological sources. More than 110 characters have been added to 23 different factions. The mod also adds 17 new character models.

Expanded Pantheons adds 28 new deities to the game, raising the total number to 62. Each god has custom buildings and effects inspired by their attributes. The mod also tweaks the cult centre regions and discovery realms of the vanilla gods, so that they are more historically faithful.

This is a compatibility submod for Expanded Family Trees and Radious Total War Mod. In case you do not want to use the Radious mod, this may also work as a 12-building slot submob for Expanded Family Trees.

Daughters of Ares replaces the Cimmeria faction with an Amazon faction led by Penthesilea. The roster of the Amazon faction consists of 35 units from Total War Troy. In addition, the faction has its own culture and religion/influence. Many of the units can be recruited by other factions if they build the corresponding native recruitment buildings.
