High Elf Vanilla Sprinkles

Description
This mod aims to make the High Elf traits more impactful on game-play, for all 60 Influence lords and 40 Influence heroes.

I wanted to make it so that whichever lord or heroes wound up in your recruit pool, you felt excited to recruit them and include them in your armies.

Only Vanilla abilities and attributes are used.

I have also re-worked Tyrions "Bloodline of Aenarion" unique skill line to be move tempting vs. "Defender of Ulthuan".

All Dedications are now buffed to be more interesting and impactful.

Note: All changes below are on top of the effects of the existing vanilla trait

Negator
Passive ability: Smoke and Mirrors
Protected
Passive ability: Shield of Saphery
Incendiary
Passive ability: Kindleflame
Protective
Passive ability: Exorcism
Conductor
Passive ability: Roiling Skies
Entrepreneur
Passive ability: Metalshifting
Limber
+ Campaign movement range (10% for Archmages, 5% for accompanying lord for Mages)
+10% movement speed for Infantry units
Genius
-10% Cooldown for all spells
Passive ability: Tactician
Administrator
Passive ability: Unending Volley for all missile units in Lord / Hero's army

Perfect vigour for all shielded units

The Lords army will be immune to all attrition

Executor attribute for Lord (same skill that Yuan Bo has which kills targets with low HP)

+3 Armour piercing weapon damage for all Spear infantry units

+5% ward save for the accompanying Lord
+25% post-battle loot for accompanying Lord

Enables Lightning strike battles for the accompanying lord

No change from Vanilla – there would just be too much going on otherwise!

Hero’s army is immune to diplomatic penalties from trespassing
Passive Ability: Hold the line! for the Noble

Perfect Vigour for Chariot units in the Hero’s army

@thancred Lux. You can customise load order in Prop Joe, but it is not obvious :-)

In the view Enabled Mods, first click on Packs column header to see the default order. Then you can right click on a mod to set a manual number for it.

i guess i'll have to use it, problem with that mod is i can't custom the load order unlike the launcher. or at least i don't know how to.

Hi @Thancred_Lux - are you using Prop Joe's Mod Manager? When I've had these issues reported before, using that tool rather than the vanilla mod manager seems to resolve it for people.

It comes highly recommended anyway as it's a great tool and easier to use than the vanilla one, if you aren't already using it.

Thanks for your updates on your mods! They are mandatory for any HE campaign for me. I appreciate all the effort you put into them.

@bnw82002 - should be updated now, apologies for the wait! I've not had much time to play or mod the last few weeks :(

I couldn't give this update as much time as I would have liked / there was quite a lot I needed to change across my High Elf mods series for 6.3, so if you spot any issues then please let me know!

@HotPizza87 It does (apply to the army they are in). Or atleast, did last time I tested it. I copied the effect as is from one of Felixs unique skills, "Smooth Talker". I considered changing the effect scope to be more clear but instead decided to follow CA's precedent.
