A simple client-side mod that allows you to control the opacity of all projectiles.
A lot of mods enjoy spamming as many projectiles on screen as possible, so using this allows you to reduce noise on screen.
Supports modifying your own projectiles, other player's projectiles, and enemy projectiles.

Do note: Not all projectiles will be modified perfectly, but this will get most projectiles.
Some projectiles, especially fancier modded ones, will ignore this entirely. There's not much to be done about it.

it appears this wont work with fargos mutant mod as it wont affect inferno potion or the tesla potion

Related to the "black screen" problem below – this mod might be incompatible with "Lights and Shadows" somehow, as turning either of them off fixes the issue (at least for me).

Chances are another mod is either causing an issue or is incompatible with the mod. Disable mods until the issue doesn't happen, and report the mod that caused it.

seriously tho how do i fix the whole world just turning black like even the blocks and npcs re just not visible when i run this mod

Alright, all reported invisible projectiles are fixed - and hopefully, any projectiles I don't catch for some reason should now also be visible, albeit unaffected by this mod. I can confirm all traps, explosive traps, and Terraprisma now work. Only thing to note is because of how fancy Terraprisma is, it's unaffected by the mod. Not much I can do there.

Idk if the mod is still updated but explosive traps (all tiers) is invisible regardless what setting i set. It might be only me as i didn't saw other people mention it but i'm reporting it regardless.

Alright, I switched around the own/friendly projectile settings & added an "Other" config option & now render anything that didn't fit into the pre-existing categories. I will not be able to test with Overhaul for a bit so fingers crossed that works; I wouldn't know what the issue is otherwise without being given some time.
