Biotech Nyaron HAR Addition

This mod integrates RimWorld's Biotech gene system with the Nyaron race from Humanoid Alien Races, transforming them from a cosmetic race into a fully genetic xenotype with unique traits and abilities.

🌟 New Features

  • Complete Xenotype Integration - Nyaron are now a proper genetic xenotype with inheritable traits
  • Vampire Cat Girls - Rare NyaronSanguophage xenotype with hemogen and deathrest abilities
  • Genetic Body Parts - Ears and tails are now gene-driven with multiple variants
  • Scenario Support - All Nyaron scenarios properly enforce xenotype selection
  • Faction Integration - Nyaron factions spawn with proper genetic distribution

🧬 Core Nyaron Genes

  • Physical Traits: Cat ears, tail, pretty beauty, no beards
  • Combat Prowess: Very quick movement, strong melee damage, robust health
  • Social Skills: Enhanced negotiation, social impact, and trade abilities
  • Metabolic Traits: Reduced pain, sleepy nature, temperature preferences
  • Balance Trade-offs: Lower carrying capacity, reduced work speed, psychic dullness

🧛‍♀️ Vampire Nyaron (NyaronSanguophage)

  • All standard Nyaron traits plus sanguophage abilities
  • Hemogen system - Requires blood feeding
  • Deathrest - Periodic regenerative coma
  • Ageless - Eternal youth
  • Vampire weaknesses - Fire vulnerability and pyrophobia
  • Extremely rare - Only 0.1% spawn chance in wild populations

🎮 Gameplay Integration

  • Starting Scenarios - All Nyaron scenarios enforce proper xenotype selection
  • NPC Factions - Nyaron factions spawn with genetic consistency
  • Player Choice - Can start with regular or vampire Nyaron in specialized scenarios
  • Backwards Compatible - Existing Nyaron pawns remain functional

⚙️ Technical Details

  • Converts HAR race stats to Biotech gene system
  • Maintains HAR apparel and weapon restrictions
  • Patches faction and pawnkind definitions for proper spawning
  • Adds new xenotype definitions and genetic categories

Compatibility
- Requires both Humanoid Alien Races and Biotech DLC
- Compatible with most mods that don't directly modify Nyaron race definitions
- May conflict with mods that overhaul Nyaron genetics or stats

@Smerisk I did notice this also. The ears and Tails dont show up either even if they have the Genes.

Note that Gender swapped Nyaron (males) do make babies that are Nyaron Xeno with Nyaron females. I have tested that.

I am looking into this and Will try to resolve it to at least have the Hybrids show their Ears and Tails.
They Hybrid thing is how Biotech resovles the breeding and gene inherentance.

I am sad that babies from nyarons are born as hybrids with no parts from nyarons visible with biotech pregancy... Can't imagine how that could possibly be fixed.

We where having some issues with in some cases they pawns would not get they xenotype if you where in a human type senerio.
I believe I have fixed that now.

There is an issue with Space refugees not being Nyaron Nyaron's I am aware and looking into this.

Ok should be updated as of this post.
You may have to Validate game files to get it to load, steam issue not mine.

Main Nyaron race - Now exclusively uses Nyaron xenotype with proper genes

Nekoron cult faction - Acolytes now spawn as Nyaron xenotype instead of Baseliner

No errors - Clean startup and proper functionality

Consistency - All Nyaron-related pawns now use the correct xenotype and genetic traits

Just in case i made sure all types of Nyarons have genes.

Sure, why not! Especially if a sub-race or maybe 'cursed' version of some sort! Cant have too many vampire-likes ;)

Correction its working. But does not work with TTK 2.0e atm. But I just tested starting a Nyaron colony and they looked cute and had all their cute genes.
So we are good to go. Sorry about the long wait.

There are no errors and its usable but not the desired result. You can use it and use a pawn editor to give the pawns the xenotype for now.. Hope to fix in the next day or two.
