Description
Tired of Manually Recruiting Prisoners in Your Court?

Is your prison overflowing with potential courtiers, but recruiting each one (and demanding their conversion) manually feels like a chore? Look no further! This mod allows you to mass recruit and demand conversion from all non-ruler prisoners with a single click. You can even automate this process to run every month via an in-game decision.

Features:
  • Mass interact with prisoners based on your preferences: Recruit+convert(1 example) all landless prisoners at once. They must be willing to accept the terms, just like in the vanilla game.
  • Auto-Ransom Update: Automatically ransom prisoners for money (no hooks) with the new auto-ransom feature. If you prefer using hooks, stick with the vanilla button.
  • Prowess Threshold: Customize the prowess threshold for recruitment through an in-game decision.
  • Release from prison POPUP removal: No more annoying popups when you perform the mass actions from the mod on a prisoner.
  • Inclusion of Auto Demand Conversion : Was not fixed for new update yet. If the author wishes me to remove it, i will do so.
  • Better prison GUI
  • Open settings on new game optionally (Can be disabled via gamerule)
  • Mass Torture Button : like requested in the comments
  • The exclusion from mass actions now also works for the mass actions from the mod

Important Details:
  • Visibility: The "Mass Action" button appears when you have 5 or more prisoners, similar to other mass actions in the game.
  • Game Rule Control: Enable or disable the mod features you want via a game rule.
  • Choose what you want to do with your prisoners: Enable or disable each vanilla send option via a decision















Compatibility:
  • UniUI Compatibility: Now fully compatible with UniUI!
  • Mod Compatibility: Compatible with all other mods. Note that the ransom+recruit buttons in the prison window may disappear, but you can still use the monthly decision to ransom/recruit prisoners. Ensure this mod is prioritized in your playset to overwrite the GUI file changes.
  • TC Compatibility Just place this mod before the TC in the load order. You will still be able to use the decisions for the auto recruit/ransom. If the buttons in prison disappear the TC overwrites the same file and take priority.
  • TCs checked on 27.3.25:
    Conflict means that they overwrite the same vanilla file as this mod. Then you need to follow the instructions above about load order and you should be fine.

@-=GoW=-Dennis Thanks a lot for your correction. (German: Danke für das Finden und ausfindig machen des Fehlers/Bugs. Ich hatte ehrlichgesagt nicht erwartet, dass jemand in den Dateien nachsieht wo der Fehler seien könnte. Hier war es aber eine sehr willkommene Überraschung.)
@shinsaga I highly recommend you go with your question to the CK3 Mod Coop Server on Discord. They already helped me out multiple times. I am doing something on every_prisoner. I am also pretty sure that mass execution is possible, because the vanilla game has the option to mass execute your prisoners. Hope i could help you out.

@WeWeKeNeMen I tried to add that option(Herd/Cattle ransom) in but i cant test it because i dont have the dlc so any feedback is welcome :)
@bamboocarpet and @Osium what both of you described should already be mod content so it should work. Could both of you maybe record what you are doing and send me the video please ? Otherwise it is pretty hard for me to know whats going on. Thx

Need an option to release for hooks.

Mass releasing nukes dread.

Massive QOL if we could mass release for hooks to preserve dread, or just an option to mass release without loss of dread.

I’ve created a slavery mod. It’s not exactly a sexual mod, but rather an added “enslave” option within the execution choices. When executed, the actor gains a small amount of gold, and the recipient is treated as if they were brutally sold off to a distant place, resulting in their death. However, the drawback is that mass enslavement (which in the system is treated as execution) is not possible. Could I ask about possible coding methods for this?

Seems like a copy&paste error. To fix, open mod_auto_demand_conversion_on_actions.txt in common/on_action folder. Look for every_house_member and replace the interaction with "demand_conversion_interaction". Then look for every_vassal_or_below and replace the interaction with "demand_conversion_vassal_ruler_interaction".

For some reason all three cases try to use the courtier conversion interaction, which cannot work.

Auto Demand Conversion doesn't seem to work for vassals, only courtiers.

I cannot for the life of me understand why there's a Mass Ransom option in the base game, but you still have to Demand Conversion of every individual prisoner. Thank you for the mod.

Hmm, I tried that but folks didn't really start disappearing from my dungeons. Made sure prowess checks and such were off, as well.

Sorry but I think you can already do that by going to the mod settings decision and only choosing the demand conversion option and then clicking the "mass recruit" button that in this case will only release them from prison and convert them ?
