RTCW Sten (AK47)

The same Return to Castle Wolfenstein Sten mod from earlier, except replacing the AK47 instead. Here is the M16 version.

I made this because I'm working on porting the RealRTCW sten, & I actually prefer it to replace the AK47 instead, which would've caused inconsistency since I already made the MP34 replace the AK47. So I decided to make an M16 ver. of the MP34, and just so that people have options, I decided to also make an AK47 ver. of the original sten mod.

Pictures & video were taken w/ a viewmodel fov of 60. I won't port every RTCW & RealRTCW weapon; only the ones I want to port. Doing this unfortunately takes a baffling amount of time.

• If you want to decompile the VM for your own mods, please use the M16 version. I wanted to get this alt version done quickly, so I couldn't be bothered to make non-layer sequences that hold unblended Sten animations whose frames to FPS ratio match the original AK47's animations, so they are just reusing the original AK47's anims & sequences for them instead, which obviously don't fit the sten, and also means decompiling this mod leaves you with pretty much entirely broken animations (I think).

You're free to request things if you want, but there's a very low likelihood I'll actually pursue your idea. I'll only do requests I like, but even then, I'm quite busy these days. I'm also not going to respond to requests because I don't want to get people's hopes up, then not do it.

As long as it's not just a straight up reupload, you're free to take the addon, change anything you want, and reupload it. You're also free to reupload it without changing anything if you're reuploading it anywhere OTHER than the Steam workshop. In either case, remember to credit everyone accordingly.
