Description
Adds mechanics to simulate the actions taken by Germany towards the end of WWII out of desperation.

Includes:

- Volkssturm Divisions
- Luftwaffe-Feld-Divisions
- RAD Divisions
- Emergency Conscription
- Nero Decree (WIP)
- Fortress Cities
- Flak Towers
- Volksgrenadier Divisions
- Destroy the Kiel Canal like Suez and Panama
- Destroy the Rhine Bridges to slow Allied advance
- Primativ-Waffen-Programm which includes:
- Volkssturmgewehr (required to field Volkssturm divisions)
- Eintossflammenwerfer (can be issued to Volkssturm, Paratroopers, and Engineers)
- Panzerfaust (can be issued to Volkssturm, Special Forces, Panzergrenadiers, and Infantry)


This mod should be compatible with most mods and only modifies the following vanilla game files:

map/adjacency_rules.txt

@Willy von Zeppy I haven't tested it with rt56, but the only thing that might affect compatibility would be if they change the map/adjacency_rules file which defines where canals are. That's the only vanilla file I edited so that I could make the Kiel Canal destroy-able like Suez and Panama. Feel free to try it out and if it doesn't work let me know. I can't promise anything, but I have made rt56 compatible versions of my other mods before.

@krzysiekliber First you need to switch to either total mob or totaler krieg eco law, then you should have a decision to create the Primativ Waffen Program. That unlocks other decisions to research the equipment at the cost of command power. Then you build it with mils. After you get access to produce the equipment, you will unlock decisions to add the equipment to certain battalion types.

I think I found the issue. I missed a . in the descriptor file which made the mod show as out of date. I fixed that and added a little more content

@A Hazbin Radio Demon is there a reason you're rolling your game back? I've been running this mod on current patch and it's working fine.
