ЗиС-6 советский среднетоннажный грузовой автомобиль.
Выпускался с 1933 по 1941 год на Автомобильном заводе имени И. В. Сталина.
Колесная формула 6х4.
Было выпущено 21 239 автомобилей.

В игре доступен с 1933 по 1948 год.

@macbeth - as the author said - with so many people playing the game who speak different languages it is just not possible to have everything named in one language that would be understood by everyone. There are plenty of people (actually a lot) who play the game and don't speak/read English. Until the game developers add ability for mods to support translations based on the language chosen in game config, it will always be a mix of "this-n-that".

Well, then do it. It's not that difficult. Better than doing it yourself after every update. It has nothing to do with language, but it is difficult for us to understand and read.

Yes, that would be a way out of the situation.
But, unfortunately, it was not implemented.

Like for example, a trivial solution - why can’t we just do:

$NAME_STR = “Default name”
$NAME_STR_RU = “Русский перевод”
$NAME_STR_DE = “Doiche”

A number of people have been asking Peter to add ability to specify translated variants of names in script.ini, but to no avail :(

This is a difficult question. Some people don't know Cyrillic, some don't know Latin.
It's impossible to please everyone.
I decided to write the names of Soviet equipment in Cyrillic, and Western equipment in Latin.
I think this will be correct.

The truck names are in Russian (Cyrillic letters). Unfortunately, I can't read it, and I'm sure many others can't either. Are Latin letters or English possible?

Если вы про Прагу V3S, то она ни как не связана с ЗиС-6.
Прага V3S значительно более новая машина с полным приводом, 6-цилиндровым дизельным двигателем Tatra-912 воздушного охлаждения, по классу ближе к Studebaker US6 и ЗиС-151.
