Yeah, tested it out, does not crash, but changes to the buildings are being displayed only from one of the mods. After that i disabled "Development points" mod and played with yours and few other mods. After discovery of colonialism game crashes whenever i move my cursor to the institution progress bar on non-catholic province. As i said, i do have other mods, but do not believe them to be culprits, as they are more lightweight. Other mods in collection are:
* Peace treaties expanded
* Age and splendor expanded
* Change Subject Idea Group
* Flagship scale with force limit
* A True Imperial Motherland

@fcl3 I cannot confirm which mods BTC is compatible with, but i'd venture and guess no, due to the changes I made to development and buildings. Do give it a try though, that's the only way to know for sure
