Primitive Medicines

Description
This is a medical overhaul mod that tries to make the game more interesting by introducing some new mechanics to avoid adding a million afflictions. It makes humans feel pain, prone to temperature change, suffer from infection caused by wounds, have different blood types, and able to perform surgeries for various purposes in a Barotrauma way.

Still under development.

Credits
This mod is inspired by and based on Advanced Medicine.
Assets came from Luaborn Medicine[github.com], an attempt to revive Advanced Medicine by some of the original authors, with permission.

I really like this mod, but I have a few issues with it. First, bleeding is unreasonably difficult to treat. Bandages, plastiseal, and antibiotic glue all are adequate treatments in theory, but in practice often fall short of the desired outcome, that is, keeping the bloody person alive. My suggestion is to buff bandages, making the bleeding stop faster, or give the player other methods to stop the bleeding alongside bandages, such as applying pressure to the wound or tourniquets. Second, infections and hypothermia are over the top. Even if someone manages to survive the initial bleeding from their injuries, they are soon after afflicted by infections that immensely drain their vitality and hypothermia from the aforementioned blood loss. These two are an issue that are a bit too hands on to practically deal with in a campaign. Lastly, pain seems to be almost non-present in most scenarios, I would like to be able to see it pose more trouble somewhere in the near future. Thanks Mod-man.
