More Signal Components

Description
This is a C# server and client side mod.

Adds more signal components so that you may reduce the total number of components used to reduce lag. Also modifies some existing components to provide more utilities. A detailed documentation exists in the discussion post.

0 performance cost. Mod is written in C# native to the game and doesn't add a bunch of Harmony hooks. Many components don't even update on game tick.

More components coming. Feedbacks, bug reports, and requests welcomed.

Use discussion posts, I won't respond to comments.
