A command like /warp InstanceWorld:kkgsdreamempyrean while in /admin mode can help diagnose an issue with instance worlds. If the warp goes through, the world exists and the patch is functioning, but isn't seen by the base mod's warping interface. if the previous command does not work, but /warp InstanceWorld:kkgsdreamocean does, that means it's an issue with the pak. If neither work, it's an issue with the base mod. If it's crashing, send a pastebin with your full log and I'll look. A computer restart has also once fixed this issue for me during my testing; both OpenStarbound and Starbound on fresh installs worked on my end. Hope this helps.
