I tested in testarena by using admin commands to spawn them in, if that affects anything.
I had filtered on certain keywords to prevent NPCs from dropping certain NPC only items. However it's not possible to filter out all items, due to everyone having a different naming convention.
The pet count increase will likely increase for boss mods (assuming that they're also using conditionals in the config file).
As for the boss patterns, this mod will likely cause extra minions to spawn with both installed, though some boss patterns might be overridden (depending on which mod has a higher priority score).

I.e. this is very slow for enemies (about 0.5-1 HP per second for regular mobs when not hit for 3 seconds). This is quickly negated by even slow level 1 weapons; and exists so that weakened creatures don't die in 1-hit if players revisit them an hour later.
