Lost & Found Dwarfs: Crank Gunners

Description
This mod adds Crank Gunners to the Dwarf roster. An elite ranged unit wielding gatling guns, these dawi are ready to unleash a hail of bullets on their foes!

Crank Gunners are recruitable from the Tier 4 engineering building and are buffed by any skills or technologies that target Thunderers.

NOTE: This is a standalone mod. All content is included in Lost & Found Dwarfs: Complete Collection.

  • Tweak unit stats/cost based on user feedback. The goal is to be balanced around vanilla TW:WHIII.

Well I could tell, and to be precise I was interested only in the hammerer's torso (with no shoulders). The thing is I am working on a Mac and have no way to make my own Rigidmodels, kitbashing per se, or most "modeling" things in general. All I can do is assemble parts taken from different existing wsmodel files – which is why I was asking.
I tell you all this not to have you change your mind, only to clarify the reasons of my request. But don't worry, it's no big deal and I get it, I'll just think of a different design.

Anyway, I also wanted to tell you your mods are awesome, and I hope you keep on the good work ! ;)

I'd say no for now. But they were mostly kitbashed, so you should be able to make your own model if you like!

I was not thinking of animations actually, just some elements from the models, especially the Cranker gunners' torso.

You would need to ask specifically for which assets you want to borrow, but generally I don't pass them out randomly. I have let a few others use some of my animations (including in SFO), but when not done carefully it can lead to some strange incompatibilities at times.

Took a bit of tweaking (and a much longer delay than I would have liked), but I found a lot of their performance issues, especially against multi-model units was poor projectile penetration. That and poking at the numbers some while running tests, hopefully they can be more worth the cost for everyone!

I'm not sure what has changed, but the crank gunners are performing much better in my initial skirmish tests. Thanks! Khazukan Kazakit-ha!

I might eventually make an RoR version with a crank gun.

@sephiroxical19981202 I'm planning on buffing them soon and making them a proper tier 4 unit.
