I also wanted to point out that the nature of the building you've designed here... I think you could easily make it into a growable asset reusing segments of the asset you've already designed. E.g. level 1 might be 5 floors. Thus, you just cut the first 5 floors, texture a roof and voila. Level two 10 floors or whatever and so on through to your already designed level 5 RICO asset. The neat thing about doing this is it will actually feel like an upgrade to the previous asset and fit with the building, rather than evolving into something entirely new. Also the population growth would be more linear than with some assets. I think you should go for it :).
