@mike.blatzheim The part of my comment I had to cut for size.
I also wanted to point out that the nature of the building you've designed here... I think you could easily make it into a growable asset reusing segments of the asset you've already designed. E.g. level 1 might be 5 floors. Thus, you just cut the first 5 floors, texture a roof and voila. Level two 10 floors or whatever and so on through to your already designed level 5 RICO asset. The neat thing about doing this is it will actually feel like an upgrade to the previous asset and fit with the building, rather than evolving into something entirely new. Also the population growth would be more linear than with some assets. I think you should go for it :).

@mike.blatzheim Hey mike, your remark about releasing a modular pack of buildings sounds interesting. I'm fairly new to the game so correct me if I misunderstood, but I interpret that to mean that one could piece together ploppable segments. I've seen one video where a high density commercial zone that had like a subway or starbucks or whatever was the bottom portion of a high-density residential building. The high density portion of the building was floating to fit the other portion. I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but if so, that sounds epic!

@H4CK€R I'm working on a large pack of modular buildings, but will be away for the next three and a bit weeks. Should be ready before the end of August though
