You can either play hide and seek with her (takes a few minutes), or hope for her to beam in as a visitor (may take hours), whichever you prefer.
Also, just so you know, character colors will appear to all players in multiplayer, regardless of whether they have your mod installed or not ^-^
Other than that, I intentionally avoided using any unnatural skin/fur tones in the mod, because while hair ('fluff', 'mane', etc.) can reasonably be dyed, having an unnatural skin tone just isn't canon for the Neki, I'm sorry.
