Description
I changed the values of siege vehicles to require less manpower, that's all.

Tested briefly with Vanilla and Tested briefly with SFO only. Not sure about other mod compatibilites

Nice, it's a pain wasting soo many turns building siege machines when they're not needed because of ass ladders, at least this makes it a viable option!
