I added the fire mage spell school to the legendary wizard and let her start with magic missile. I greatly increased the cost of animated swords, armours and contraptions to make sure there is still a purpose for the rest of the minions. I marked the cleric as (easy) in the character selection screen.
Cheers

* I started with the "legendary wizard" over the "mage" because I thought she'd be stronger but instead I died about 8 times before I got anywhere with her. The mage gets way better spells way earlier
* Elementalist is fun but a bit basic and once you have contraptions there's literally no reason to use anything else. Murdering a huge keep of dwarves by dumping a firewall in their living room and literally cooking them on their own beds is great though
* Cleric is ridiculously strong. You've got so many heals, defense buffs and summons that you'll barely even take damage. I went to one (up to then unbeaten) Goblin fort and killed close to a thousand goblins without ever really being in danger of dying.
